Every day, the team works with local and organic products, sourced from small producers, market gardeners and fishermen, with a constant demand for freshness and respect for living things.

Claire’s permaculture garden follows the rhythm of the seasons and inspires vibrant, colorful dishes, nourished by the Breton terroir and the surrounding nature. The nearby sea completes this palette with fish and shellfish from local fishing.

Awarded a red star in the Michelin Guide in 2024, distinguished with 3 toques by Gault & Millau, and praised for its environmental commitment, the restaurant champions a refined, responsible gastronomy deeply attached to its territory.

Jérôme Gourmelen

A team kitchen, guided by a passionate chef

Originally from the Pays Bigouden, Jérôme Gourmelen has been leading the brigade since 2023, after 14 years spent at Ar Men Du, including several as head pastry chef.

He places transmission at the heart of his approach, training and supporting young talents, including an apprentice distinguished among the best in France in 2026.

Through his cuisine, Jérôme embodies a new generation of committed chefs, sensitive to life, to the rhythm of nature and to a gastronomy where emotion arises as much from the product as from the experience.

With his team, he creates dishes that combine technique, creativity and respect for the land, showcasing the work of local producers and the richness of Brittany.

Under his leadership, the restaurant has become a place of sharing, discovery and sustainable excellence, where each plate tells the story of a land, a know-how and a shared passion for authenticity.

Opening days and hours

The Michelin-starred restaurant Ar Men Du is open from Friday, February 19th to Sunday, November 1st,
and from Friday, December 18th to Sunday, January 3rd, 2027.
We welcome you every day for lunch and dinner,
except for lunch on Mondays (from October 1st to May 31st), Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Reservations are essential, especially during peak periods.
The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and outside visitors.
