These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) define the terms and conditions governing the booking, sale, and performance of services provided by Ar Men Du Hotel & Restaurant, including accommodation, restaurant services, and ancillary services.
Any booking implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the Client.

CAPACITY AND CLIENT LIABILITY
The Client confirms that they are legally capable of entering into a contract.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of booking.
CONTRACT FORMATION
The booking becomes firm and binding upon: written confirmation from the establishment, and payment of deposits or provision of a valid payment guarantee.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse any booking in the event of prior breach of these T&Cs or previous incidents involving the Client.
PRICING
Prices are stated in euros, including VAT, excluding tourist tax.
Applicable prices are those in force at the time of booking.
Any additional services consumed on site will be charged separately.
DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES
For any booking, the establishment may require: a deposit, and/or a credit card pre-authorization as a guarantee.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation outside the permitted cancellation period.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for services is made: on site at the establishment, or according to the applicable booking conditions (prepayment, deposits, etc.).
The Client remains liable for the full amount due, even in the case of early departure.
ACCOMMODATION
Check-in / Check-out :
– Check-in: from 3:00 PM
– Check-out: before 12:00 PM
Late check-out may result in the charge of an additional night.
Room Allocation :
Rooms are assigned subject to availability and according to the booked category.
CANCELLATION – ACCOMMODATION
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Free cancellation :
Free cancellation is available up to 10 days before arrival.
Late cancellation :
For cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival:
– deposits are retained by the establishment,
– no refund is due unless the room is successfully rebooked, at the sole discretion of the establishment.
No-show :
In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged and deposits retained.
RESTAURANT SERVICES
Restaurant bookings are considered provisional until confirmed by the establishment.
To reduce no-shows:
– attendance confirmation may be requested up to 48 hours prior to the booking,
– in the absence of confirmation, the table may be released without compensation.
Allergies and dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. If not, the establishment cannot be held responsible for inability to accommodate them.
Certain dietary requirements (including strict vegan diets) cannot be guaranteed.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional services ( massage treatments, etc.) are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
The establishment cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of these services.
LIABILITY
The establishment shall not be held liable for:
– loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of the Client,
– damages caused by the Client to third parties or property.
The establishment’s liability is strictly limited to direct and proven damages.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is necessary for booking management and contract execution.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
FORCE MAJEURE
The hotel-restaurant shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure or any event beyond its control
EARLY DEPARTURE
Any stay that has commenced is fully due, unless otherwise agreed by the establishment.
No refund shall be granted in case of early departure.
DISPUTES
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent French courts.
ACCEPTANCE
Booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Client.
