The Bistrot d’Ar Men Du offers a different way to discover our restaurant, our cuisine and our region.
A bistro experience to complement our gourmet offering: a warm and relaxed atmosphere, centred on the pleasure of good food, sharing and getting together.

At the Bistrot d’Ar Men Du, the cuisine is designed to be generous, flavourful and full of freshness
It draws its inspiration from our surroundings: the nearby ocean, the garden, local producers and the changing seasons.
Seafood lends its distinctive briny flavour. Vegetables, herbs and spices add freshness, colour and depth to the dishes.
A cuisine that is simple in concept, yet exacting in its choice of ingredients and the way they are prepared.
We continue to prioritise organic, local and seasonal produce, working closely with producers and artisans who share our commitment to the local area and to the natural world.
The menu therefore changes with the seasons, depending on what’s in season and the very best that nature has to offer.

Quite simply, a bistro to enjoy
The Bistrot d’Ar Men Du is situated in the conservatory, a space that opens out onto the natural surroundings and is bathed in light.
A warm and relaxed setting, designed for taking your time, getting together and enjoying a lovely time around the table.
On fine days, weather permitting, tables are also set out on the terrace so you can make the most of the sea air and the surroundings.
Whether it’s lunch with friends, dinner for two, a family meal or simply the desire to enjoy a good meal, the Bistrot aims to be a lively and friendly place, where people come as much for the food as for the pleasure of being together.
The Bistrot d’Ar Men Du will be open from 4 October 2026, from Sunday to Tuesday, for both lunch and dinner, in the veranda and on the terrace, weather permitting.

The Bistrot d’Ar Men Du is open from Friday 19 February to Sunday 1 November,
and from Friday 18 December to Sunday 3 January 2027.

The Bistrot d’Ar Men Du is open from Sunday to Tuesday, for both lunch and dinner.
The Gourmet Restaurant, meanwhile, is open on Wednesday evenings for dinner,
as well as from Thursday to Saturday, for both lunch and dinner.
The restaurants are open to both hotel guests and external visitors,
offering you dining options seven days a week, with two distinct dining experiences and services.

We welcome you for lunch from 12.15 am to 1.30 pm and for dinner from 7.15 pm to 9.00 pm.
