At every moment of the day, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., the terrace transforms into a true place of pleasure and relaxation.
In the morning, she welcomes the first rays of sunshine for a gentle, briny breakfast, soothed by the ocean breeze.
Between renowned estates, confidential discoveries and committed young talents, our wine list invites you on a true journey through the French terroirs.
In the afternoon, it becomes a bright haven where you can enjoy an iced herbal infusion from the garden, a homemade syrup or a glass of wine carefully selected from our cellar.
At the end of the day, it’s time for conviviality: we gather around our generous platters, composed of local products, to share a gourmet moment facing the magnificent spectacle of the sun setting the horizon ablaze.

At Ar Men Du, the day begins in a privileged setting, between sky and sea.
From 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., enjoy a generous breakfast — one of the few in Brittany served until noon — in the veranda or on the west-facing terrace, depending on the season and your desires.
Open to hotel guests and outside visitors alike, this gourmet experience fully reflects the spirit of the house: an exceptional breakfast, entirely organic, local and homemade, conceived with the same exacting standards as our cuisine.
Fresh bread and artisanal pastries straight from the oven, farm yogurts, homemade jams and pastries, seasonal fruits, local charcuterie… each product is carefully selected from producers in Finistère and prepared with care.

And when aperitif time approaches, it’s time for sharing platters.
Until 7:30 pm, we offer a selection of local products: aged cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, and more, to enjoy with a glass of wine, a homemade syrup, or a signature cocktail.
