Vegetable garden, orchard, aromatics, herbal tea garden...

Work have been carried out this year by companies from Brittany. They will be coordinated by Véronique Pelissier, from Névez, and Sylvain Flipo, landscapers.

“We are going to work in the direction of nature, with maritime plants from the seaside, edible or not. It will be an unsophisticated garden, but it will contribute to the preservation of local plants. With the small producers of the Ar Men Du, the idea is to create a vegetable garden, an orchard, a herbal tea garden, a berry garden… The low walls will be made by recovering oyster shells from the restaurant”

In concrete terms

We actively contribute to the local economy. We think responsibly about all our hotel and restaurant purchases. Our staff is trained and aware of sustainable development. We implement solutions to reduce our energy and water use. Our waste is sorted and managed in an eco-responsible way. We provide our guests with ecomobility (universal recharging station for electric cars and electric bike rental).
